"Qatar Tamizhar Sangam" (QTS) has been affiliated to the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) under the aegis of Embassy of India, Qatar on December 12, 2000.
QTS promotes Tamil culture and facilitates exchange of opinion and ideas amongst the members associated with the Sangam. For achieving this purpose, QTS Provide a platform for members to meet and exchange views on both social and cultural matters.

ABOUT QATAR
State of Qatar or locally Dawlat Qatar, is an Arab country, known officially as an emirate, in the Middle East, occupying the small Qatar Peninsula on the northeasterly coast of the much larger Arabian Peninsula.
